reminds me of a guy where i live

This reminds me of this guy i see almost every day too. Its this old man with a gruffy beard and as of late wearing a black puffy parka and a hard hat. I don't think he is poor but I think he may have problems or is just retired and to pass the time walks around. I always wanted to talk to him to see what his story was but was always to afraid. Glad to see im not the only person who has one of those folks around his town.
